Gin is made by macerating juniper berries, flowers, and herbs with wheat spirit, which is then distilled in a first-class Holstein distillation column. TOISON MEAD BARREL was left to mature for four months in the oak barrel where the mead had matured previously, making it a truly exceptional gin.
